Innovation can mean a lot of things, but it all starts with meeting people outside of your day-to-day. As a member of HRPA, you are part of a community of 24,000 HR professionals looking to connect and share knowledge. To ensure you have an easy and effective way of connecting, we’re excited about the opportunity to provide you with introductions through our networking platform – the HRPA Networking Café – powered by Ten Thousand Coffees.
HRPA’s Networking Café was launched officially at our 2018 Annual Conference. Since then, our annual conference registrants, volunteers, members and students have participated in hundreds of face-to-face meet-ups and thousands of telephone exchanges and unique conversations have taken place. We’ve heard from the participants how valuable these introductions have been so we’re creating a space at HRPA’s 2019 Annual Conference to facilitate these face-to-face conversations.
Our Networking Café meet-up stations on the 600 level will be open throughout the conference.
The Networking Café platform will allow you to choose the type of HR professionals that you want to connect with and automatically match you to meet-up for casual chats, in person or online. You will also have the opportunity to host and attend small group conversations about the topics you care about on the 6th floor at the conference.
